Expedit is a public limited company which was listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen in 1986.
Expedit runs its business from the parent company, Expedit a/s, in Denmark, from its branch office in Finland, from the wholly owned subsidiaries Expedit Norge AS and Expedit Sverige AB and from Expedit Retail Solutions AB, in which Expedit holds an ownership share of 90%. Expedit Retail Solutions is owned by Expedit Holding AB.
The share capital of the parent company, Expedit a/s, is DKK 15.4 million, of which class A shares amount to DKK 1.5 million and class B shares amount to DKK 13.9 million. The class A shares carry a voting preference of 10 to 1.
